Our office opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. during the work week. For some clients, that is not convenient for making payments. If you don’t want to set your policy up on auto-pay, we encourage you to pay directly to the insurance company on their website, through the phone app, or by mail. Yes, some companies can still send you an envelope with your bill, and you can send a check or money order. If you mail your payment, expect a two to three weeks delay before they post it to your account, leading to a canceled policy if you wait too long to send it. You can call the insurance company directly and will find the telephone number on your bill or our website.
